1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. sherry
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger, or 1 tsp. grated ginger root
1 tsp. Accent
Dash pepper

Combine ingredients in the listed order, stirring mixture after each addition. Marinate chicken, lamb, steaks, pork, approximately 1 hour. Barbecue or broil.
