OKRA SOUP 
2 lb. okra, sliced
2 tall cans tomato sauce
1 lb. dried shrimp
1 lb. fresh shrimp
2 c. water
8 oz. can whole kernel corn (optional)
2 tbsp. flour
Pam

Spray large iron skillet with Pam. Put okra in. Sprinkle flour and stir often until brown (remember to slice okra first). Pour in tomato sauce. Boil dry shrimp and pour water out and rinse well with cold water. Put shrimp in large pot. Put 2 cans of water or as much as you want. Put okra mixture into pot and let simmer on low heat. Stir often. Serves 6 to 8. Season to taste.
