BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 4 c. fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1/2 roll Kraft garlic cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
Bread crumbs

Or substitute 1/2 cup grated cheddar and a little garlic powder.

Cook (in steamer) broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces and set aside.

Cook remaining ingredients in top of double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Stir until mixed.

Arrange broccoli in a shallow casserole. Cover with cheese mixture. Top with slivered almonds and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
