CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. cocoa
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix oil, cocoa and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour, baking powder and salt together and add to oil mixture. Chill dough several hours (firm enough to work with).

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoon of dough into confectioners' sugar and roll into balls, place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. DON'T OVER BAKE. Makes about 6 dozen.
