BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 pie shell
1 c. shredded cheese, American or Swiss
4 eggs, beaten
1 pt. half and half
1/4 c. onion, diced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped and cooked

Bake pie shell as directed. Cool. Sprinkle cheese and diced onion into pie shell. Add cooked broccoli. Combine eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper. Beat. Pour this mixture over broccoli in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
