BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
30 oz. chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Velveeta cheese spread
Milk
Butter, melted

Cook broccoli and spread in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix soup with enough milk to make a creamy mixture. Pour over broccoli. Layer with slices of cheese. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
