GRANDMA'S CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs

Mix the above ingredients and then add the ingredients below which are to be sifted together. 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt

Mix and add 2 teaspoons vanilla and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until done.

TOPPING:

Heat contents of 1 can of crushed pineapple (do not drain) until hot enough to dissolve 1 package of orange Jello. Cool, but before Jello sets, fold in 1 (9 ounce) package of Cool Whip. Spread on top of the cooled cake.
