MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
3 diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese (or American)
1 med. bag Fritos, crushed

Cut lettuce into bite sized pieces; add beans, tomatoes, onion, cheese and dressing. Mix together. Chill 30 minutes; add crushed Fritos and stir.
