ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat well with egg beater. Add flour, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Let batter rest 10 minutes or so. Heat rosette iron in 375 degree fat. Be sure to heat iron after each rosette. When cooled, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
