CHICKEN NOODLES 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cream or canned milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour (more if needed)

Beat eggs. Add other ingredients. Mix together into dough that can be kneaded with hands. Roll out thin and let dry. Roll up dough and cut in thin strips. Drop into boiling broth. Cook until tender. Cook on top of stove or in oven. Cook noodles in 4 quarts of boiling broth. Serves 4 to 6 people.
