RAW POTATO PANCAKES 
5 raw potatoes (grated)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 sm. to med. onion (grated)

Add enough flour, 1-2 tablespoons flour, to fry a pancake (the smaller amount the better). About 2 tbsp. milk

Mix together. Fry like a regular pancake - the thinner the crispier. Fry hot, electric skillet, 400 degrees, peanut oil 420 degrees. Do not stack as they get soggy.
