HAMBURGER COBBLER 
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. can tomatoes, drained
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add hamburger and seasonings. Brown lightly. Spread mixture in 9 inch square pan. Arrange cheese on top of meat. Top with tomatoes mixed with Worcestershire and catsup. Make a biscuit dough with remaining ingredients: Drop by spoonfuls on top of casserole. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
