PUMPKIN DESSERT 
12 whole graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar

Mix all together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

LAYER #2:
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix all together and put on crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

LAYER #3:
2 c. pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

Cook until mixture boils and thickens. Mix 1 envelope Knox gelatin in 3/4 cup cold water. Add to mixture #3. Cool. Beat 3 egg whites and fold into pumpkin mix #3. Spread on top of crust. Top with Cool Whip and chill.
