1 c. fully packed ground beef 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 doz. biscuits Salt, pepper & cinnamon to taste Sonburs or pine nuts (add after meat is done) Cook meat in skillet until nearly done. Add onions, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Cook until onions are tender. Then drain and let cool. Roll out biscuits one at a time about 1/8 inch thick. Place spoonful of meat mixture in the center and add 2 or more Sonburs or pinenuts. Pinch sides together to firm a 3 cornered cake. Bake as directed on biscuits. Serves 1 dozen. |
