SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1-2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
10-12 corn tortillas, cut into pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can taco sauce
1 can diced chilies
1/4 - 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Place in baking dish and cover with corn tortillas (cut up). Mix soups, taco sauce and green chilies, pour over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (Sprinkle with grated cheese last 15 minutes of baking.)
