1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
strawberries, sliced
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Combine butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Line 9x13-inch inch dish with vanilla wafers. Pour cream cheese over wafers; top with sliced strawberries. Top with cool whip and chill overnight.
