CHILLED STRAWBERRY CAKE DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
3 tbsp. water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 angel food cake

Mix water with gelatin and 1 tablespoon sugar in bowl; stir in most of the strawberries. Chill until thickened.

Mix whipped cream and remaining sugar. Fold 3/4 of whipped cream into gelatin mixture.

Break cake into bite sized pieces; place half the cake in large shallow baking dish. Spoon half the gelatin mixture over cake. Add remaining cake; add remaining gelatin mixture. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into squares; garnish each square with remaining whipped cream and remaining strawberries.
