HAM CASSEROLE 
8 oz. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. ham, more if desired

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Melt butter and stir in next four ingredients. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring until thickened; boil 1 minute. Add all the ingredients and mix with macaroni and cooked broccoli.

Put in casserole and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Sprinkle on casserole.
