CREAMY AUGRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 to 4 c. frozen hash browns (O'Brien style)
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

For a main dish, add 1 cup cubed ham.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease casserole bowl. In saucepan, heat onions until tender. Stir in soup and cream cheese (and ham). Stir and heat until smooth. In casserole, alternate layers of frozen potatoes and hot cream sauce, ending with sauce layer. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. 4 to 5 servings.
