BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 large can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
1/4 c. sugar or to taste
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter
Cinnamon

Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Add to pineapple. Add eggs, water, and vanilla. Pour into baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle on cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
