TACO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 (11 oz.) can Mexicorn (Green Giant), drained 1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 c. onion, chopped Fritos corn chips Cheddar cheese, shredded In a little oil brown the onions and the ground beef (drain the fat). Add in taco seasoning. Next add the cheddar cheese soup, stir until it is blended well. Pour in the can of corn. When it is all mixed together, take some corn chips, break them up in your hand and add to the meat mixture. Leave some chips for the top of the casserole. Pour the chips for the top of the casserole. Pour the mixture in a casserole dish, cover the top with remaining corn chips and the cheddar cheese - as much as you want. Cover the dish and heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
