QUICK TACO CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can chili beans
8 oz. grated Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 med. can mild enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. jar taco sauce

Heat Fritos in 9x13 pan until crisp. Brown beef lightly; drain and sprinkle with Fritos. Heat beans separately; drain and distribute over beef. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over beans, then lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and onions. Heat sauces together and pour over top. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and serve.
