QUICK TACO DIP 
1 can chili NO BEANS
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (more cheese if desired)

Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of glass pie plate. Spread chili over top of cream cheese and then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Place in microwave for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Can be done in oven, but have to watch cheese closely so as not to burn. Serve with Taco or corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
