SAUCY OVEN BARBECUED STEAK 
2 lb. boneless round steak
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut steak into serving size pieces. In large skillet heat oil. Add steak and brown on both sides. Place steak in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serves 6.
