PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Lightly grease pans. Mix sugar and oil, add eggs. Then add dry ingredients alternately with the water. Gently fold in the pumpkin and nuts. Pour into two loaf pans. Bake 75 minutes at 350 degrees.
