PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix first six ingredients in large bowl.

In separate bowl mix flour and 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, allspice, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add this to first mixture. Pour mixture into 3 greased 1 pound coffee cans (approximately 2 cups per can). Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. This makes a nice gift.
