Chicken, any pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Russian lite dressing

Place chicken, cut up, in casserole or baking dish. Combine with all above ingredients and mix well. Coat all chicken pieces.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
