SNACKING GRANOLA 
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
3 1/2 c. regular oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts and-or sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
6 oz. dried fruit bits (optional)

Combine brown sugar, oil, honey, water and salt in a small saucepan, stirring over medium heat until sugar has melted. Drizzle mixture over oats, tossing to coat completely.

Spray non-stick cooking spray on large, shallow baking sheet and spread oat mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and add the seeds or nuts the last 10 minutes of baking. Cool and stir in raisins and-or fruit. Store in airtight container.
