1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, one at a time
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour

Pour mixture into two 9 x 3 inch pans or one large pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and pour 1 large bag of mini marshmallows over each pan and spread. Cover with a damp warm towel for 10 minutes. Spoon warm frosting over marshmallows.

FROSTING:

2 c. sugar
10 tbsp. milk
1 stick butter

Boil all for 1 minute. Add 1 small bag chocolate chips and heat.
