CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. 14 manicotti shells
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook shells according to package directions; rinse, drain and set aside. Combine Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley flakes and oregano. Stir well. Stuff manicotti with cheese mixture.

Place stuffed shells in a 9x13-inch pan. Spoon spaghetti sauce over shells; sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until heated through.

I sometimes brown 1 pound of hamburger, drain, put 1/2 into cheese mixture and the rest on top of shells. I also put more Mozzarella on top with the Parmesan cheese.
