LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. lemon zest
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
8" graham cracker crust

Slowly add lemon juice to condensed milk. Add lemon zest and egg yolks. In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar and cream of tartar. Fold mixture together. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Refrigerate.
