OVERNIGHT FRUIT SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Dash salt
2 c. lg. marshmallows cut in quarters
1 (16 oz.) can Queen Anne cherries (pitted)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (sweetened)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped)

Cook first six ingredients in double boiler until thick. Cool.

Drain cherries, pineapple and oranges well. Add marshmallows and fruit into whipped cream and cooked dressing. Chill 24 hours. Serve on lettuce leaf for a pretty salad dessert.
