VENISON CASSEROLE 
1 lb. venison (or round steak or cubed steak) cut into strips and floured
1 can green beans, drained
Sliced onions and sliced potatoes (depending on quantity to be served)

Layer quartered potatoes in casserole: then onion rings, then green beans. Brown floured steak in skillet. Place steak on top of vegetables. In skillet make brown gravy and pour over all. Season to taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done. (45 to 60 minutes).
