CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients except cranberries and nuts. When all is well mixed, fold in cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
