CRUNCHY SURPRISE BARS | |
1 c. sugar 1/4 c. molasses 1 egg yolk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. peanuts 1 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 c. raisins 1/3 c. peanut butter Mix sugar and butter. Add molasses egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Bake in ungreased 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix remaining chips, raisins, peanuts and peanut butter. Heat over medium low heat, stirring. Spread over crust. Refrigerate at least two hours. |
