TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Ortega Hot & Spicy Seasoning
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce (med.)

Soften cream cheese in microwave oven and spread in 9 inch pie pan as for crust. Brown meat, drain, add seasoning mix following directions on package. Add taco sauce.

Pour mixture on top of cream cheese in pie pan. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees just until cheese on top melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
