TACO DIP 
1 lg. can chili without meat or beans
1 lb. soft cream cheese
1-2 c. shredded cheese of choice (Colby is good!)
Tortilla chips

In shallow baking pan (9x12 inch), spread cream cheese on bottom. Cover with warmed chili (warm it so it spreads easily). Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave on high until bubbly or in oven at 250 degrees until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips to dip into it.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
