2 lbs. lg. raw shrimp 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 tsp. salt Parsley Dash of cayenne pepper 1/4 c. lemon juice 5 cloves garlic, crushed Remove shells from shrimp, leaving on tails. Devein and wash under cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Melt butter in shallow 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Add salad oil to butter. Add crushed garlic, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Add shrimp, tossing to coat well. Bake at 400 degrees from 8 to 10 minutes. Remove shrimp to platter. Pour sauce on top or serve separately in small pitcher. |
