BAKED TROUT WITH SAUCE 
8 fillets of trout, tenderloined
1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, cut fine
2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can Pet milk
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. lump crabmeat (white)
2 or 3 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, deveined
Salt & pepper to taste

Bake trout (tenderloined) at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and pour over fish. Bake until it bubbles and thickens a little. Serves 8.
