BAKED "MISSION" TROUT | |
Serve, however watch out for stray bones! Servings 1. Oven at 325 degrees. 1 trout 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. bacon bits 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 or 6 drops lemon juice Flour Saute bottom of baking dish with thin coat of butter, roll trout in flour and place in dish (must be lake trout). Add butter directly into fish cavity. Add bacon bits into fish cavity, sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over fish. Add lemon juice over that. Cover dish with foil and make vent holes using fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
