CHERRIES JUBILEE 
1 can dark pitted cherries
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla ice cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 orange
1/4 c. brandy
1/4 c. Grand Marnier

Drain cherries into saucepan. Heat cherry juice, lemon and orange juice; add sugar and rinds, stirring constantly until simmering lightly. Add cherries and liquor, pouring over and stirring well. Heat to comfortably warm temperature. Light to flame if desired; spoon over vanilla ice cream.
