SEAFOOD AUGRATIN 
3/4 lb. lobster meat, cooked
3/4 lb. scallops, cooked
3/4 lb. shrimp, cooked
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 pt. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 c. nippy cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)

Make cream sauce of flour, cream, butter, salt and pepper. When cooked, stir in half of the cheese and correct seasoning. Add the sherry. Sauce will be thick. Combine sauce with seafood.

Put into 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Top with bread crumbs and rest of cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes. (May refrigerate or freeze this if you like and use it later.) Note: Expensive to make.
