QUICK & EASY SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter

Mix together in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown.
