QUICHE KATHY 
9 inch deep dish pie crust
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 can cleaned and deveined sm. shrimp
8 to 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of allspice
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted

Prepare pie shell or use pre-made one. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell. Add shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli and green onion. Combine eggs, half and half, salt, lemon zest, mustard and allspice. Pour over shrimp. Top with almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
