CHEESY MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
3/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 5/8 tsp. salt 2 tsp. chili powder 7 oz. can chili beans 4 oz. pkg. tortilla chips 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. green onion 2 tsp. flour 1 4 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. pet milk 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese cubed 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tbsp. jalapeno peppers chopped Mix all and heat in skillet until cheese begin to melt. Cover bottom of baking dish with tortilla chips. Pour mixture in dish and top with grated cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400. |
