MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope French's taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato sauce with onions
1 sm. can corn, drained
1 lg. can chili beans, drained - hot chili & beans
1 can black pitted olives, drained & sliced
1 pkg. corn tortillas
2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. water

Brown beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add corn, olives and beans, simmer 10 minutes. Layer of beef mixture in bottom of casserole, then layer of tortillas and layer of cheese. Continue with layers ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
