1 lb. boneless beef sirloin, 3/4 in. thick
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 med. onion, cut in wedges
1 can beef gravy
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 c. cooked rice

Slice beef into thin strips, spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray, heat over med. heat 1 minute. Stir-fry broccoli and onion until crisp. Remove from pan, set aside. Stir fry beef until brown, add gravy, soy sauce and garlic. Remove vegetables and heat through. Serve over rice.
