DIJON DIP 
1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. skim Ricotta
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors. (Good for chicken, fish and/or sandwiches.)
