DIJON CHICKEN CROISSANTS 
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsp. celery, chopped
Fresh croissants
Red leaf lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Red onion slices (optional)

In large bowl, combine green onions, Dijon mustard, dill weed, chicken, J.D.'s Magic, mayonnaise and celery. Stir to blend well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Slice croissants open and spread chicken mixture on croissant. Place two red leaf lettuce leaves and three slices of tomatoes on each croissant. Add red onion slices if desired.
