OYSTER ITALIAN 
1 dozen oysters
3 cloves garlic, crushed and cooked in 3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil

Shuck the oysters. Rub each shell with the garlic butter, and place the oysters back in it. Add salt and pepper. To the bread crumbs, add the olive, parsley, and oregano. Mix carefully and sprinkle over the oysters. Place the shells on a baking tray and broil for about 10 minutes. Serve on the half shell.
